![]() ![]() It's a testament to the profile of the cartoon that Englebert Humperdinck gives his own rendition of this for the end titles. For a start, we have Beavis and Butthead's hippie teacher, who gently strums his spiritual song, "Lesbian Seagull". Do America sensibly opens out the scope, taking in less broad targets. The somewhat obvious satire lacks the gentle wit of Mike Judge's other creation, "King of the Hill", and spending 80 minutes in their company was a dubious prospect. ![]() I was never very taken with Beavis and Butthead's short sketches on MTV, and in truth they've never really taken off in England the same way they did in the States. Leon Redbone with Dr.I enjoyed this film a lot more than I expected to. ![]() So then it changes to another Season Greetings card but is playing The Nutcracker Suite to where Beavis and Butt-Head sing along and laugh. Then they changed it to The California Raisins playing Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer which they think are turds then they start talking about if turds were alive. So they changed it to Do They Know Its Christmas by Band Aid which they liked a little bit then they changed it to a channel where there's a Season Greetings card that's playing White Christmas. Then they watch Frosty the Snowman but hated it so they change it to The Little Drummer by Bing Crosby and David Bowie but quickly changed it for some unknown reason. They say that's cool because you get to watch TV so they decide to watch some music videos so they watch half of the Jingle Bell Rock song. ![]() The duo are sitting on there couch and Butt-Head tells Beavis that he thinks its Christmas. ![]()
